Thanks, as I'm sure you appreciate, change of speed with no change of pitch
_is_ effectively a pitch shift. Porting this code over to rockbox is no
big deal - as I say, if anyone wants to try to repeat the process, I
probably still have copies of the Terratec firmware which I worked from.
