The NEO35 which is based on similar HW had/has a "talking" feature years
ago, it would "read" folder and file names to you. A PC SW would index
your drive and put little MP3 files with the spoken names onto the
hard drive.

The OpenNeo project also supports this "voice" feature - although
they have no yet opened the source for the firmware with voice support.
(which is not nice, OpenNeo being based on rockbox which is GPL...)
