Older Ondios have the same Samsung tuner as the FMR. Stay away from these.

The newer OndioFM has a Philips tuner, which is quite good. (The Iriver is
using the same one.)

No, they are all USB1.1.

They don't support CompactFlash, but MMC or slim SD cards.
MMC with 1GB are easily available, 2 GB is announced. The limit withthe
current protocol is 4 GB, above they need to come up with some new addresing
command.

The Ondios are all alike. Can be somewhat held in a closed fist.
