For the USB1.1 issue, I forgot to mention that you of course can prepare the
MMC content with an external reader. Not too much faster because of the MMC
transfer limit, 20 MHz instead of 12 MHz.

The USB connector of the Ondio is then only necessary if you want to update
the content of the builtin 128 MB, e.g. update Rockbox.
