Yes, we recently revamped the simulator builds, and we forgot to add the
makefile to the common directory in the daily source tarball.

Same there. Things are moving fast, and sometimes we forget to update
the tarball generation scripts. Very few of us developers use those
tarballs.

Yes, the uisimulator module is not part of the default rockbox package.

Yes, you are supposed to run "make install" after building it.

Yes, Tom Johansen is on the case. He has already added quite a few nice
