The way you do this is to just use the keys
Insert + F11 with JFW or Insert + S in Window Eyes.
This brings up the system tray in a way which we can access it.

Okay it seems that charging it did the trick; however I didn't know anything
about the safely remove hardware thing. Now I clicked on it in my system
tray, but the only thing that happens is it goes to the desk top and a menu
pops up saying properties, create shortcut Icon, etc. Anyone have any
suggestions?
