Using yesterday's CVS, MP3 looks okay. When playing Ogg files if I skip
over a few tracks real quick, it starts loading the buffer for the
target track, plays about 1 second, stops, restarts the track, stops,
restarts, stops, restarts and then it plays just fine. It acts like it's
trying to play the buffer before there's enough data. And I even see the
remain time jumping from, say, 3:26 -> 3:25 -> 0:00 and back until it
finally settles in to play the whole song.
