There are a few reasons I think "Ask" bookmarking should be skipped (at
poweroff) when the sleep timer is enabled.

1) If you assume the listener is going to sleep when the sleep timer is
enabled they can't necessarily answer the question. They're probably asleep.

2) If you're asleep when it powers off, why would you care where it stopped?

3) Unnecessary power usage waiting for input it's not getting anytime soon.
