The units shown on the frontpage do all support rockbox fully, that
includes the voice ui, so the answer is yes.
Your next question will probably be: what is the difference. The answer to
that question is here:
http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/DeviceChart

My advice: buy a Recorder v1 with a 20 GB hard disk.

Short description of all models:

Player 5000, 6000, Studio: small screen (but you probably won't care...),
bad bass sound, no recording capabilities, usb v1.0 so the data transfer
rate is slow. Works on standard AA batteries.

Recorder v1: big screen, good bass sound, recording capabilities (analog
and S/PDIF). The new 20 GB units have usb v2.0, so the data transfer rate
is high. Works on standard AA batteries.

Recorder v2: same as recorder v1, but works on a hard-to-replace internal
battery. And doesn't support S/PDIF recording.

FM Recorder: same as Recorder v2, but with FM Radio.

Ondio SP: comparable to Recorder v2, but without hard disk and without
recording (?)
Ondio FM: comparable to FM Recorder, but without hard disk.

Storage size: the player 5000 has 5 GB, the player 6000 has 6 GB. Old
recorder v1's can have 6 or 10 or 15 GB. All other models have 20 GB hard
disk.
The Ondio's have 128 MB internal memory, which can be expanded with an MMC
card.
