Hi, a while back Fernando Birra modified the rockbox code so that it will
emulate a CD changed in a BMW. It mostly works, but I want to address some
issues that I have with it. I've not been able to reach Fernando, but I
saw in the archives of this list that some people asked for his code.

Does anyone still have this code anywhere? I believe it was against the
2.1 code tree, but I'd like to update it for 2.4(5) and address my issues.
