On one unit, they actually rattle, as you describe, and on my other unit, I can hear my button clicks when I press an up or down arrow. Plus, I get noise from loose buttons rattling as I move my fingers over them, so I thought about putting some sort of tight, form-fitting plastic over the buttons. Let us know how the insulating works. I wonder if a little piece of rubber like a piece of tire inner-tube would help filter out the sound of the hard-drive spin-up when using the internal Microphone?
