Jonas and Nooby, I've replied in private to your latest posts, since
a) I don't see enough interest here to hear my arguments and b) this
list is not appropriate for policy debates like these unless the core
developers find that debate important. So, to other people who want
to let off steam, spare this list and email me directly instead,
please. Please be honest whether or not you want to discuss the topic
or just flame me though, so that I know if it's worth the time
answering.
