Replying to ALL of a list is the sense and purpose of a list.

Due to a small technical disaster (which has maybe not yet been
explained in a detailed way) the list system FORGOT that you
unsubscribed a few months ago.

Why don't you elaborate just a second time how to unsubscribe ?
