Hi,

Since Magnus checked in my WAV patch (thanks!), I reworked the APEv2 support for
MP3 and ended up with a much smaller version (it only patches metadata.c)...

It will only look for APEv2 if id3v2 wasn't found, which should please everyone.

Would you accept this one?
