Can you record off the Ipod and does it have a FM radio like the Iriver?

Pardon me but since you dipshits hijacked my thread, PLEASE TAKE THIS
IPOD BASHING AND APPLE SOFTWARE DISCUSSION ELSEWHERE. This list is
about RockBox.

The reason the iPod RUNNING ROCKBOX at some point in the future is of
interest to me is that it is decent hardware that practically owns the
market now and therefore commands all the nifty accessories. Even if
the hardware were crappy, it still owns the market and therefore would
be an excellent host for RockBox. I'm interested in the nifty
accessories like the Bose amplified speakers that the iPod snaps into
and gets its power from, for example. Nothing like that available for
neither the Archos nor the iRiver.

So I repeat my question. In light of the iPod Linux work, are you
developers giving the iPod any consideration for a port? It would seem
to be a much more attractive platform than the Iriver which is obsolete
before the full RockBox even gets ported.

Thanks,
John
