My two-year old FM Recorder, already running 2.5 and flashed with
bootbox, all of a sudden doesn't recharge and doesn't turn on with the
AC adapter. The green light just blinks intermittently, showing there is
not enough juice to turn on.

Is this normal when the battery dies or did something else happened? I
didn't realize that the Jukebox doesn't turn on with the AC plugged if
the battery is dead. Is that the case?

Also, the battery seemed to be doing fine till today. Do these batteries
die a sudden death without any previous warnings?
