1. Quality: 5. I've had it as high as 7.
2. Frequency: 48 KH
3. Source: integrated mike
3. Channels: mono
4. Independent frames for editing: no
5. Time split: off
6. Prerecord time: off
7. Record directory: current directory.
That's it.
