Hi Folks,

I've just purchased this model and got as far as charging it and using the
radio. I've also installed the software from the CD that came with it but
when I connect it to my computer, I can't find it in Windows Explorer. I've
got a bit of useful vision and know that the connection has been made
because the LCD registers 'Charging'.
