Is there a defined procedure that decides if patches get included in the main code. Some sort of peer review?
The only reason I ask is because there were a number done a while ago that seem (to a non programmer) simple and non-contentious that haven't made
I know there was a pause during the 2.5 testing phase and then there was the Wiki problem.
