Mind you, the unit is so much smaller, (by the specs) that I could almost have 2. sorry, being gross! There's a sidenote to make: the hard disk used in the iRiver is a 1.8 inch one. Also, the 10 and 20 GB versions are single platter, and the 40 GB is dual platter which makes it fysically higher so it won't fit in 20 GB models (IIRC). In other words: it is possible to replace the hard disk, but not as easy as the 2.5 inch disks from Archos.
