I suspect that it is, under "screen verbosity", which is on "highlighted" by
default.
I think that the reason we as JFW, and maybe W E users too hear this is that
our screen-readers are by default set to echo whatever becomes highlighted,
like when we tab to a field.
Try unloading JFW or W E, and see if you continue to hear it, and if so, I
would agree that adjusting the verbosity would not help.

unfortunately it is not influenced by your verbosity settings in JAWS.
