Rockbox mail archiveSubject: How to Suggest a FeatureHow to Suggest a Feature

Date: Thu, 3 Nov 2005 13:42:30 -0500 I have no idea how to talk with the programmer types here; I just appreciate like crazy everything they've done to make something so accessible. I would like to suggest someone think about including cue and review to the software. In the U.S., and probably elsewhere, the blind receives books and magazines on cassette tapes and articles and chapters are indicated by a tone that can be heard when in fast forward or rewind. Also, things can be located by listening for gaps in recording when in these modes. Would it be possible to implement such a thing? I know the use is limited, not just to blind people, but geeks like me who would transfer things from tape into MP3 format. Probably just an idea when there is absolutely nothing else left to do. SMILE Thanks! You rock! Eric SS Received on 2005-11-03 Page template was last modified "Tue Sep 7 00:00:02 2021" The Rockbox Crew -- Privacy Policy |
