Can you put a link to the speech icon in the user's control panel to change
or check the default voice for the user's computer?

While I'm at it, might it be useful to put some links to various rockbox
pages
in the HTA? Wiki, voice files, plain text manual, blind users FAQ, etc. Any
suggestions?
