I found it under computer management and disc management but I am not sure if the drive letter I chose will hold on other systems or only this one. Any one have an idea?

    Just wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to force a drive to a specific drive letter. For example, when I hook up my Iriver I always want it to be drive letter I no matter what machine I hook it up to. Is this possible with Windows XP and if so how?

  In 98 it is in the device manager -> device -> properties ...maybe it stayed there for XP?
