I'm on it. I tried to get pdf2html to read it on my linux box, but it
didn't work out so well. I found a java-based tool and it kept crashing,
which is all leading me to believe that the PDF is ill-formed.

But since I have a full copy of Acrobat here at home, I'll see if I
can't copy-and paste sections and re-sort the pages.
