I would not have thought that a pen nib would go deep enough into the reset
hole to effect a reset... It is only about 0.75 mm diameter, and I seem to
remember needing to insert several mm's of paper clip into the hole to cause
the reset to occur

also just a thought about resetting would it be possible to introduce a kind
of combination of buttons to reset the player like on windows 98 control alt
delete used to reboot the computer?
was just wondering as i was out yesterday and rockbox crashed and i had
nothing with which to reset the player.
