David, you really should check your program or input method or whatever, but
you are using UPPERCASE letters far too often in your mails (and especially in
your mail subjects). Uppercase letters appear as "shouting" or "screaming" to
the reading audience and thus it is mildly annoying or even considered rude in
some cases.

Just a friendly advice.
