Hello Rockboxers ,

First of all, I read on several web sites that Iriver were in the process of closing their european office located in Germany.
Some say that they no longer plan to sell in Europe at all, only in america and asia.

now my question.

Do the h340 require a microphone preamp to use a mic like we did with the Archos?
If so, is the Archos preamp usable or is this better to use something else?
