Unfortunately, since I composed my previous message the machine appears to be stuck in Rockbox. I cannot play anything. It is on but I cannot switch it
off.
There is a faint hissing through the headphones. I was going through the menus when it stopped talking.

I have read the FAQs which talk about the Reset button, but they only recommend using this if the machine has crashed. I am not entirely sure where the
Reset
button is. there is also mention of the Play button on the side of the Iriver but again, I have not located it yet.

I am using H300(eu) v1.29 firmware with the rockbox patch which I patched using FWPATCHER. I downloaded the firmware and patching software from
the site
link for Rasher in the documentation. Previously i was using Iriver H1.28 firmware.

I asked about bookmarking as I had some very strange results. I do not appear to be able to set a bookmark exactly where I want it except by setting
"Bookmark on Stop". It is difficult to interpret which bookmark one is selecting when going to Recent bookmarks. sometimes, when getting unpredictable
results when navigating, it jumps to a bookmark, apparently for no reason.

Apologies for sounding pathetic, but I am keen to get Rockbox working.
