It's pretty certainly the case at the moment:
- The lang files only contain strings, not a computer-readable note
where this is needed
- There is only one voice-file to be downloaded for all devices.
- The looking-for new lang-file format was requested to contain an
information, on which platforms the string is needed so each platform
would keep a smallest possible voicefile.
