Hi,

if you have problems to build rockbox yourself and getting error
"n2_99.ch not found"

download

ucl_swd.ch
ucl_mchw.ch
n2_99.ch

from

http://www.rockbox.org/viewcvs.cgi/tools/ucl/src

and copy it to tools\ucl\src\

and all will be fine again (did it for me)

these files are not in the daily builds, perhaps somebody with CVS access can check this.
