I have the same problem, although mine went wrong a few days earlier.

I have tried the volume, but that is ok.

when I install a new daily build I always delete the .Rockbox folder and the Rockbox.iriver file.

I have had to go back to booting up to the Iriver firmware.

I would be interested to know if you manage to solve this, as it seems to have baffled everyone.
