Hi,

IRiver will likely change it for you. If you could remove RB and restore
the original firmware that would probably help. But I think I have read
that someone has returned a unit for repair with RB on it and they still
fixed the unit.

it looks like if the battery was the problem.

does anyone know if i could get a batterypack which fits the iriver 120?
i don't think iriver will sell me one - or am i wrong here?

or do you have a broken iriver with an intact battery? i would pay for
it...!

at 0 volts...
    is it possible to charge it still with an other charger? what should the
chargers output be (volts)?
