Hi rob

As you cant tab to the browse button routing jaws to the pc is not going to
do any good so what you need to do is to turn on your jaws cursor and locate
the browse button that way and once you have found it you need to simulate
the left mouse click by pressing the num pad slash on a desktop keyboard or
jaws key and the number 8 on a laptop. This will then open up the dialogues
you need. But now that you have done this you should not really have to do
it again for rockbox but the keystrokes might come in handy for something
else.
