Follow playlist doesn't do what you want, it just makes it so that when you
go to the file browser from the WPS is highlights the file you are currently
listening to rather then the root of the player.
I am not aware of any function of rockbox that can do what you want Nick,
but it seems trivial enough to implement.
Maybe you should open a feature request for it to get it noticed.
(Then again, I could be completely wrong and I just don't know where this
feature is).
