I have a JBRFM

I installed a new 2800mAh battery yesterday but only charged it for
about 6 hours and about 45 minutes today. The info screen is now showing
100% charged with 19hrs 18mins running time.

My question's:

1. Is this now fully charged?
2. As it shows 100% does that mean, it's no longer charging?
3. Should a lithium iron (I think that's what it is) be charged for,
like, 16 hours, to avoid harming it if it's new?

I ask this because I really want to see if I get the full 19hours usage!
