Hi.
Using SAPI 4 voices is documented on the VoiceBuilding wiki page. For
example, under the "actual work" comment in makevoices.vbs, i have:
MakeVoiceFileSAPI4 "english", "Reed", 200, "-V 6 --resample 16 --scale 0.6 --vbr-new -t -S"
