Yes, in theory. It's not as easy as it sounds though.

Because the FM radio doesn't involve the CPU audio system at all. The FM
radio output is routed directly to the audio output and mixed with the
voice playback.

In the recording case, the code concentrates on the recording and
disables the playback. It doesn't have to be that way, but it is right now.

It is perfectly possible, and should be quite easy to add.
