Could I please apologise unreservedly to the list for the appalling

I had to read the tricks written on the website on how to do it before I got
satisfied.

It's like: "Open your mouth, grab the ear-leaf with the OTHER hand from
behind the head, shove it in the ear (it's like from back to
front) until you do not hear anything from around you anymore. Moisten the
rubber prior for even better sealing."
And in fact, that does the job.
