If your FM system picks up audio from the Line Out instead of the headphone
jack it should be expected that the iPod's wheel does not change the volume.
As with the retail firmware, it was decided that that the volume should not
change the Line Out. Most other hardware also keep the line out at a fixed
line-level volume.
