Look in the manual and find the key command for resetting Rockbox, this
should work for you.

Somehow, I was moving through the menus too fast and switched my language to
who knows what. Not only am I blind and have no voice file for that
language, even my sighted friends have no clue what the language means. And
of course, we don't even know which one it is. I understand that even after
removing Rockbox, your settings remain intact. How, thus, can I reset my
language?
