Not able to run patch cmd to setup env, need help

Hi Group,

I am trying to setup my environment and when I was trying to follow the
step below

   - *SH1 Note:* Apply the gcc patch from the bottom of this page.

       /home/linus> patch -p0 <gcc-4.0.3-rockbox-1.diff

I scrolled down the page and clicked the link
gcc-4.0.3-rockbox-1.diff<http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/pub/Main/CrossCompiler/gcc-4.0.3-rockbox-1.diff>

Copied the content in a file name same as that of online and run the above
command.
but no luck, it is giving me the following error

vipuljain$ patch -p0 <gcc-4.0.3-rockbox-1.diff

can anyone please help me.
