I believe my friend has an iRiver IHP-140, and he may have damaged his
device, and has a couple of questions for anyone whom has messed with the
insides of an iRiver...

I was wondering if you could tell me where I can purchase a new battery
for my Iriver? I think I fried the battery in it. I plugged up a wrong
adapter to it last night and when I plug up the correct one it will not
come on. Do you think it would have damaged the unit itself or just the
battery? Thanks for your help.
