Ok. Given the correct charset, I used Python to convert it and the
entries that seemed weird now look a lot better. The voice file is also
quite a bit smaller, as expected.
So, Gerhard (and others if you want it), grab the new file from:

This one is 250wpm.

Btw, is German more verbose than English? :) It currently has less
strings, yet both the lang and the voice file are bigger than their
English equivalents.
