Yes, you can reset it through a pinhole on the side of the device. It is
located on the side of the device that has the on/off, record and play
buttons. It is about three quarters of an inch from the bottom. along the
metal collar. Be careful, because the mic is about halfway long the
device. Don't stick a paperclip in there! I can feel the reset pinhole
with my finger, so hopefully you can as well. Let me know if you run into
any problems.
