Hi Joey,
Do you attach the Archos to the USB port with a cable? If so, it's
possible the cable is slowly dying. I had that happen with a Shuffle
- sometimes everything worked fine and sometimes it didn't. When I
replaced the cable, all went fine. Here's hoping a simple fix like
that is all you need.
