I think so. But that's just gut feeling.

I'd like to investigate/fix if possible, but can't reproduce it here. Do
you have anywhere you could put
a) An example AAC file (or OGG file?)
b) Your config settings (as exported from rockbox)

If I could download them from somewhere I'll see if I can repro.
