  I have been using RB with my H320 for about 9 months now. I think it works very well, and only boot into the iRiver firmware when I need to record. I'm sure it took just a little bit of adjusting to the new method of operation, but once you get past that, I think RB is very well done, and beng worked on all the time to increase it's usability.

  Just follow the instructions on the RB site, and you should be good to go!
