I tried installing some RealSpeak voices, and this is where all of the
problems started. If you could please point me in the direction of a
download for the Microsoft voices please or send me a file containing a
voice, that may fix it, you never know.

I did try Googling this error and apparently it is a known problem with XP
SP2, but I cannot find a fix for it.
