Hi Glenn,

To load the Rockbox firmware, hold down Menu and Select (that's the
top of the wheel and center button) until you hear some sound. To
load the At 04:47 PM 11/7/2006, you wrote:Apple firmware, hold down
Menu (the top of the wheel) for about 10 seconds. Whichever firmware
you load will load every time you turn on the iPod until you switch
to the other one.
